This is integrative massage, meaning it consists of the best techniques from my 12+ massage certifications. It will basically feel like the best Swedish and Deep Tissue combo you have ever experienced, and the reason is I have added techniques of a variety of ALL the massage modalities I have studied.
I use the skill gained from each of them to perfect your massage and best tune up your body. I tailor your massage to work on your specific goals and concerns.
Combines general Swedish and Deep Spa Swedish. Choice of Biotone lotion or Healthy Coconut oil* for this Luxe Line Massage. (*$20 addl. for oil an hot towel upgrade.)
I work with a variety of pain issues of the Back, Hip, Legs and Neck.
I also specialize in Sciatica pain caused by Piriformis Neuralgia.
To treat pain I combine Trigger Point, NMT, Orthopedic, Deep Tissue, Structural Integration massage therapies as needed.
Deep Tissue for those who prefer firmer pressure massage.
This is a great massage for loosening up tight bodies. Be it stress, over-work, too much computer, cell phone, driving, business travel, you name it, this massage is like a work out for your muscles but you get to relax during it! It can help break down some of the toughest tension!
For the Absolute Ultimate in Dreamy pampering, you can add a 30 minute Hawaiian Hot Stone treatment to your regular massage. It is a healing technique based on the principle of the oceans waves. The warmed stones are coated with hot coconut oil and kept continuously moving across your skin throughout the entire session.
$60/30 minute (Ad-on to any massage)
